Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SSP Inn, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring the best experience for our guests. Please read the following terms carefully before making a reservation.


1. Cancellation Policy

For Direct Bookings (Website, Phone, or Email):

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made [X] days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made [X] to [Y] days before check-in will incur a [percentage] cancellation fee.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within [Z] days of check-in or no-shows will be non-refundable.

For Third-Party Bookings (Online Travel Agencies – OTA)

  • If you booked through platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc., please refer to their cancellation policies, as they may differ from our hotel’s policy.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within [X] business days after the cancellation request is approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.
  • Any bank or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Early Check-out Policy

  • If a guest decides to check out earlier than the booked duration, refunds will be provided based on the cancellation policy applicable to the remaining nights.

4. Modification & Rescheduling Policy

  • Date Changes: Guests can modify their stay [X] days before check-in without extra charges (subject to availability).
  • Rate Differences: If the new booking dates have a higher rate, the guest must pay the price difference.
  • Non-Modifiable Bookings: Some promotional or discounted bookings may not be eligible for modification.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If a guest does not arrive on the check-in date and has not informed the hotel, the booking will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.

6. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances

In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, we may offer flexible rescheduling or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
